LSD1000 trailer asphalt distributor is a repairing maintenance equipment; It adapt to country road low grade road, high quality and good price, good stability and using expedience.
This trailer designed with hand spray gun, it's quite easy for operation.
General Description:
The unit including tank mounted on trailer, made up of by asphalt tank, drive system, transmission system, pipeline system, asphalt pump, heating system, hand sprayer system etc. This is units can suitable for hot bitumen and emulsion bitumen transportation and spray, use hot bitumen the temperature need to reach 160~180 degree.
Asphalt tank:
The Max. Tank capacity is 1000 Liters, the tank made by carbon steel inside with 50mm thickness heat preservation material (silicic acid aluminum). Hand brake, inside the tank has heating system, also the tank connecting with hand spray system, and the spray value around 30 L/min.
Heating system:
The vehicle has its own heating system, the burner model is PQ5, the fuel tank capacity is 13.5 Liters, the burner flame could be adjusted by the hand valve.
Drive system:
We adopted diesel engine, the model is R180, power 5.67/2660 (Kw/rpm).
