RP1253 Super Asphalt Concrete Paver
New generation RP1253 Super Asphalt Concrete Paver is a construction machine mainly used for the paving projection on the road base and surface for highway with various kinds of materials. Development with the techniques of State Project of 863, Construction Machinery of Intelligentized Machines Group and the international cooperation projects of Intelligent Paver, it has high working performance, quality and can be easily controlled by the modern net of communication, information and Micro-electric techniques used in paver field for the first time. The humanized design and optimized international components supply ensure the product with the high technical performance and the top quality level in the world depending on the strong and reliable quality control system
Main Features:
Utilizing the top techniques involving the new-typed digital-control system, CAN-BUS and GPS, the paver could be operated hyper-automatically and has advantages of high reliability
It has a good human-machine interface that the large screen displays various parameters and the touch keys control all the performances of the machine. Control panel could be mounted either on the right or left side.
Adopted with an advanced, mature, reliable and powerful Deutz BF6M1013EC diesel engine
The fixed four-in-one hyper-power thermal exchanger discharges the heat compulsively and concentrative, so the paver can operate continuously under the condition of 50 degree for a long time.
Driving system with dual control for the right and left tracks separately and the automatic-computered control technology for paving speed constantly.
Four sets of separate full hydraulic closed transmissions are adopted in the conveyor-auger system both on the right and left side, and the ultra sonic sensor technology controls material level to achieve full proportional even mixture feeding.
Material augers can move up and down expediently so as to adopt different paving thickness and reduce material segregation.
The technologies of dual tamper bars, eccentric vibrators and electric-heating system are adopted in the screed.
Conveyor bottom plates, distributing augers, and screed bottom plates are made of high wearing-resistant alloy and imported wearing-resistant material
The multi-stage hopper cylinder in adopted to enlarge hopper folding angle and discharge materials thoroughly. The patented front tumbling structure hopper can prevent material spilling out during mixture discharging
The mobile auto-leveling reference beam and contact less ultra sonic sensors could be available as an option.
