1. Main Features
A. KDT-3007 telescopic handler is a new type of telescopic forklift independently developed and designed by our
company.
B. while absorbing the advanced design and manufacturing technology of foreign telescopic forklifts and through
extensive market and technical research. This model is compact in structure, flexible inoperation, sensitive in lifting,
and self-leveling. It combines stability and high efficiency, and is suitable for a variety of material handling
environments.
C. The power system adopts two-way vibration reduction technology and omnidirectional elastic suspension, which can
effectively overcome the resonance between the power system and the frame, and reduce the noise and fatigue damage
of the power system. Large capacity water tank, "wind tunnel" type wind deflector, independent heat dissipation system,
energy saving and high efficiency, and reverse cleaning function.
D. The closed hydrostatic system is adopted, which is simple and stable in operation, fast in response, high in transmission
efficiency, low in oil consumption and low in system complexity. The functions of control, overflow and oil supplement
are integrated in the hydraulic components. It is easy to install, the closed system has good power matching, can
withstand large loads, and basically does not need mechanical braking when braking.
E. The whole vehicle adopts a full hydraulic braking system. The hydraulic pipeline is a fully closed circuit, which can
avoid the dust in the atmosphere polluting the oil and reducing the reliability of the braking system. It is easy and
sensitive to operate. The braking force and the operating force are scaled up in proportion, low pressure alarm, and
real-time monitoring.
F. The luxury panoramic cab with A/C system features broad vision, good insulation against sound, heat, and vibration,
graceful modeling, and high operation comfort. The driver's parotic noise is less than 80dB(A) and meets the European
CE requirement.
G. The integral frame is adopted. The engine and cab are separated on both sides of the frame. The boom is arranged in the
middle. The arrangement is reasonable and the structure is simple. The compression and irregular welds are reduced,
and the important load-bearing parts are strengthened. The solid mounting base is used at each key hinge point, which
can bear the torque and impact load under various working conditions, providing effective guarantee for safe operation.
H. With design of side-turning large-opening hood, "one-stop" maintenance can be fulfilled for the engine oil filter, diesel
filter, and air filter
