China load haul dump for underground mining loader
The LHD is a kind of multipurpose engineering equipment integrated with loading, haulage and dumping, widely applied to the underground projects such as nonferrous, metallurgy, chemical industry, gold mines as well as national defense, railway, water conservancy, building industries, etc.
In recent years, we have developed and produced three kinds of diesel LHD, power-driven LHD and radio remote-controlled LHD with different bucket volumes. The performance of the products can compare favorably with imported equipment from other countries and meet the different requirements of various engineering environments and working conditions. They are of the following technical characteristics:
It is equipped with DEUTZ low-pollution diesel engine and tail-gas purification device by catalysis and water wash. Less air pollution to the underground passes and more environmental;
Take the lead in using the variable pump and the hydraulic system controlled by load induction, featured by flexibility, reliability and high efficiency. Bigger inserting force and breakout force, less energy consumption;
The entire machine adopts the center-hinged and hydraulic power steering structure and it is driven by a pair of steering oil cylinders.
The rear axle is equipped with swing suspension structure to realize the flexible and reliable swing of the rear axle;
It adopts the working mechanism with reverse connecting rod structure, which is characterized by high dumping height and big breakout force;
Anti-rolling and semi-closed driver's cab on the front frame is of the better safety and better cozy driving environment;
The electronic shifting gearbox is applied to ensure the better comfortableness of driving operation of the entire machine.
