This equipment is a special vehicle announced by the state, which can meet the function of roof tile pressing. The equipment lifts and presses tiles by remote control. Compared with traditional roof tiles, it has high safety, high efficiency, and saves cost and labor. The equipment adds a humanized safety platform, which can detect the tile pressing status of the tile machine at any time. The device combines modern intelligence and can be monitored remotely, which will make the user's operation easier. Due to the special finite element analysis, it can carry up to 9 tons of experiments and 8 tons of operation requirements. Moreover, the total weight of the tile machine with a load of 8 tons does not exceed 32 tons, which meets the existing domestic road transportation permits. The whole machine is welded with high-strength T700 plate and square tube, which makes the whole machine stronger. The equipment is installed on the 9.6-meter 8*4 truck.
