Tunnel loading machine LWL-90D

LWL-90D tunnel loading machine adopts unique backhoe construction to dig rock and transport rock by its scraper. At the rear part, rocks will be discharged into trucks. It is crawler type with high efficiency. It is suitable for mine drift, water and defense projects in the loading operation (section 3x3m²). Working condition: rock's platts hardnessf≤12,Fragmentation≤700mm.

It is backhoe configuration and mainly combined with bucket, digging arm, support boom, boom, gantry support and cylinder.
 
Travel part:
It is crawler type and general construction machinery along with four-wheel-track plate.
Transmission is with low speed high torque motor oil and through the planetary gear drive sprocket.
It is compact, flexible and can be work in water tunnel.
 
Full hydraulic transmission and pilot valve control.
 
Hydraulic system is with air-cooled device. It can keep hydraulic system's oil temperature not exceed 75 degree. And there is oil level alarm device.
 
Hydraulic hose and fittings are adopting 240 cone connections. No leak oil.
 
Power source is electric motor, no pollution.
