YTZ series walking long spiral drilling rig is a new pile foundation construction machine with the hydraulic walking mechanism, electrically-controlled lifting and lowering mechanism, tri-ring reducer drive mechanism, long auger drilling mechanism and hydraulic cylinder landing gear. It is characterized by the high hole forming efficiency, high quality, no vibration, no noise, no pollution, less consumption of steel products, and high level of mechanization when constructing cast in situ piling pile. Therefore, the drilling rig is an ideal machine suitable for the urban construction, the construction of medium and high rise buildings as well as the road construction.
The dry method construction is adopted and the circulation fluid is not used, which can reduce the equipment used for the circulation fluid and relevant works, and largely relieve the pollution on environment form the circulation fluid. Compared with the wet method drilling operation, the dry method has low cost, no slurry pollution and provides convenience for management.
The spiral drill rod equipped can promptly deliver the soil drilled out, so it is unnecessary to lift the drill tool to remove the soil. Meanwhile, it produces no static water pressure, which reduces the impacts on the bottom hole. When lifting the drill tool, the pipe can be fitted to ensure a high working efficiency.
When the spiral drill rod slews, it produces pressure on hole wall, which is in favor of the stability of the hole wall.
The output shaft of the power unit and the spiral drill rod are the hollow type. Besides the ordinary construction, if equipped with revolution joint, it can be used in many drilling technologies, such as grouting method, super flow concrete construction, etc.
When drilling in sand or gravel layer, compared with the hammering method and pile sinking method, it enjoys a more performance. Meanwhile, it effectively avoids endangering the adjacent buildings caused by the hammering method and pile sinking method.
Main Structural Feature
Depending upon the different geologic condition and construction requirement, this company makes available the drill tools including four series, namely, 400, 500, 600 and 800, and the drill bit with door at two sides, or the door at bottom or the high-pressure grouting for your selection. The drill depth can reach 30M.
The drill tower has round and rectangle structures with the round and rectangle rail in its front to direct the power unit to upwards and downwards as well as conquer the reverse torque from the power unit. The ladder is equipped fro examination and repair. The pulley block is mounted on the top of drill tower to lift and lower the power unit, reinforcement cage and pouring pipe.
The slewing gear is driven by a medium speed hydraulic motor via a one-stage planetary reduction gear, which can driven the drilling rig to rotate 360 degree under role of the four support oil cylinder. Because the hydraulic motor is characterized by stable power, stable operation, small rotation, free of impact and vibration and favorable stability and long service life.
The power unit is connected to a verticals motor and tri-ring reduction gear, of which, the tri-ring reduction gear, as the power source of this drilling rig, transfer the power to output shaft to drive the drilling tool.
